    Join CITGO as a Batch Blending Technician – Lubricants

    Every day at CITGO Petroleum Corporation, precision fuels performance.     A day in this role

    You start your shift by reviewing blend sheets and staging raw materials. You set up equipment, follow the specified formula and procedure, and bring each batch to target. You draw and test samples, document results, and make adjustments as needed to meet quality requirements. Once verified, you transfer finished product to the correct storage, update inventories on tanks and raw materials, and keep the blend area clean and orderly. Along the way, you participate in the daily safety huddle and complete required training modules.

    What you will do

    • Manufacture products to exact formula and procedure.
    • Perform quality control tests on blends; record and communicate findings.
    • Transfer finished batches to designated storage locations.
    • Inventory storage tanks and manage raw material stocks in the blending area.
    • Carry out routine cleaning and housekeeping duties.
    • Join safety meetings and complete all required training.

    Minimum qualifications

    • High school diploma or GED.
    • At least 1 year of experience in a manufacturing setting.
