Schedule: 5AM-5PM, 2-2-3 rotating schedule 

Job Overview
The Batch Blending Operator is responsible for preparing and blending bulk ingredients into manufacturing tanks according to batch tickets and production schedules. The role supports product quality, food safety, and accurate documentation by operating mixing equipment, monitoring blend parameters, and coordinating with quality and production teams.

What You’ll Do

• Weigh and measure bulk ingredients accurately and add them to mixing tanks per batch instructions.
• Operate mixing equipment and monitor blend parameters such as time, temperature, and agitation.
• Perform basic quality checks by taking samples and confirming batch appearance/specifications before lab testing.
• Complete production paperwork and maintain accurate records according to SOPs and GMP requirements.
• Clean and sanitize tanks, lines, and equipment to meet food safety and sanitation standards.
• Communicate safety, quality, or process concerns to supervisors and support daily production schedules.

What We’re Looking For

• Experience in a manufacturing or production environment (6+ months preferred).
• Reliable attendance and a strong safety-focused work ethic.
• Basic math and computer skills for batch documentation and controls.
• Strong reading/writing skills in English and/or Spanish.
• Ability to follow SOPs and willingness to learn products, equipment, and process with training.
• Comfort working in a fast-paced factory environment with occasional temperature variation and noise.
