Basketball Coach - Freshman (Boys)
- Prior coaching experience required
- Possess a demonstrated knowledge of fundamentals, training, strategy and tactics in basketball
- Ability to run organized practice sessions focusing on skill development and teamwork while also developing an understanding of essential basketball concepts and strategies
- Knowledge of NJSIAA rules and regulations
- Knowledge of NCAA recruiting procedures
- Knowledge of NCAA Eligibility Center; Dates, Courses, Student Certification
- Appropriate Certification required (Will specify upon acceptance of the position)
- Ability to work in a team concept
- Ability to provide and maintain a positive learning environment with a high standard of conduct
- Ability to communicate effectively with staff, students, administration, parents and community members
