Basketball Coach - 7/8 Girls Basketball

Random Lake Middle School is seeking an enthusiastic and knowledgeable Middle School Girls Basketball Coach to lead our student-athletes. We are looking for an individual who brings strong basketball fundamentals, a passion for teaching young athletes, and a collaborative mindset.

Key Responsibilities & Expectations

• Skill Development: Teach essential basketball skills, team strategies, and game knowledge tailored to middle school athletes.
• Varsity Alignment: Work closely with the High School Varsity program to align systems, culture, and player development pathways.
• Culture & Character: Foster a love for the game while actively instilling values of good sportsmanship, discipline, and teamwork.
• Community Engagement: Represent Random Lake Athletics positively and support initiatives that build strong community connections.

Qualifications

• Solid background in basketball coaching or playing experience.
• Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
• Ability to inspire, encourage, and mentor middle school girls both on and off the court.
• Commitment to building a unified K-12 program culture.
