    • Company designs and manufacturers microprocessor-based controllers and a variety of equipment that complement the controllers that include temperature, pressure, humidity and current sensors. They also create custom support software for the Windows computers to monitor/interact with the controllers from anywhere.
    • Products Offered: Controls, Communications, Temperature Sensors, Humidity Sensors, Thermostats, Voltage Sensors, C02 Sensors, Compressors. 
    POSITION:
    • Technical Support
    LOCATION:
    • Ft. Myers, Florida  
    RESPONSIBILITIES:
    • Assist customers via phone or email about equipment troubleshooting, start-up procedures, upload firmware and configurations.
    • Resolve customer issues or problems in a manner that is consistent with company values. 
    • Create configurations, graphics, and drawings for Sales Orders. 
    • Maintain product and application knowledge. 
    • Meet or exceed project goals.
