IDEAL CANDIDATE:
Extensive BAS Controls knowledge and holistic vision of the BAS Controls industry
Understanding of project management steps/requirements
Ability to be technical when needed
Hiring either:
an experience Controls Project Manager
OR
a technical controls individual who wants to be a Controls Project Manager
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Receive controls projects to manage once the projects have been awarded
Coordinate with subcontractors and various internal teams including installation, engineering, etc
Visit project sites for check-in and resource coordination. (Has the technical ability to assist with the start-up team when necessary)
Manage/identify subcontractors
Write up Change Orders and Material orders
Assist with Close-Out
Provide technical expertise/solutions when working with customers, subcontractors, and internal team members
Project budgeting and assist with billings/financial projections
