A leading Energy & Automation Solutions provider is hiring a skilled BAS Controls Project Manager to support its expanding Chicago operations. This position offers a hybrid REMOTE-flex schedule and the chance to lead enterprise-level Building Automation projects across commercial buildings, data centers, and large-scale infrastructure. Position Details:
- Title: BAS Controls Project Manager
- Location: Chicago, IL (Hybrid Remote-Flex)
- Status: Full-Time
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage BAS projects ranging from $50,000 to $2.5M+
- Oversee a portfolio of 15–20 active jobs
- Coordinate internal teams including Technicians, Programmers, and Engineers
- Supervise subcontractors and ensure deliverables meet expectations
- Maintain project schedules, milestones, scope, and client communication
- Prepare estimates, oversee RFIs, and support change order management
- Handle financial tracking, forecasting, and budget alignment
- Conduct site visits as required
Ideal Candidate:
- Proven background managing BAS or large-scale automation projects
- Strong organizational, scheduling, and forecasting capabilities
- Confident in customer communication and project leadership
- Experience with project financials and risk/change management
Compensation & Benefits:
- Base Salary: $110,000–$130,000
- Bonus: 15% Performance Bonus
