RESPONSIBILITIES: Project Manage retrofit and new construction controls projects for General Contractors/Large Mechanical companies Maintain Project Scope and Milestones/hitting customer goals. Responsible for Change Orders and AIA invoicing but will receive help from the Project Coordinator to finalize and submit them.
