POSITION:
Project Manager – BAS Controls
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Manage project scope and milestones/objectives related to Building Automation projects.
Financial analysis/reviews and financial/billing forecasting
Visit to project-sites as needed (about 50% field and 50% work-from-home or office)
Interface with an Operations Manager, an Engineering Manager, Superintendents, Union Electrical Foreman, etc.
Manpower scheduling
Receive support from Project Engineering team.
Change Orders – ability to estimate Change Orders and manage the Change Order process
Report to Director of Controls/Building Automation
