POSITION:

Controls Technician

LOCATION:

Charlotte, NC or Raleigh, NC

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Prior Experience as a Controls Technician or similar position
Well versed in troubleshooting controls BAS systems
Fundamental understanding installing and testing building automation systems
Strong understanding of commissioning protocols and point to point check outs
Work closely with controls installations and start up/termination of equipment and programs
Troubleshoot current installed BAS programs
Communicate efficiently with building owners as well as end users
Knowledge of controls programming and graphics is nice to have
