POSITION:
Controls Service Technician
LOCATION:
Dallas/Fort Worth, Texas
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Prior Experience as a Service Technician or similar position
Install, maintain, and repair control systems for existing clients
Continuous commissioning of past controls projects
Check for hardware failures and provide software updates as needed
Apart of nonscheduled service calls as required
Well versed in troubleshooting, repair, diagnosing and commissioning controls BAS systems
Fundamental understanding installing and testing building automation systems
Communicate efficiently with building owners as well as end users, and general contractors
Ability to work in a team environment
