    Controls Technician - Baltimore, MD - Controls-Only Company

    POSITION:
    • Controls Technician/Installer
    LOCATION:
    • Baltimore, MD
    RESPONSIBILITIES:
    • Prior Experience as a Controls Technicians/Controls Installer
    • Working with Johnson, Honeywell, Tridium or Siemens is preferred
    • Knowledge of building panels, terminating devices, and wire pulling.
    • Experienced with Point-to-Point Check outs/Commissioning
    • Well versed within Controls Installation
    • Light troubleshooting within programming, rewriting sequences

    • 25 Employees, 5-7 for Controls Team.
    • Clients include: Commercial, Government, Hotel Management, Property Management Groups.
    • Both Owner Direct and Plan & Spec, Design Build.
