Responsibilities:

• Program, test, and commission BAS systems according to specifications.
• Lead integration of legacy control systems into modern BAS platforms.
• Troubleshoot controller, network, and integration-level issues.
• Calibrate sensors, actuators, and other system components.
• Oversee BAS project execution to ensure quality and efficiency.
• Collaborate closely with installers, subcontractors, and customers.
• Utilize building analytics to enhance system performance and energy efficiency.
• Provide training, leadership, and mentorship to junior technicians.
• Perform advanced programming and integration using Tridium Niagara.

Ideal Candidate:

• Seasoned BAS professional with 8+ years in programming, commissioning, and troubleshooting.
• Niagara Certified with proven, hands-on Niagara experience.
• Strong background integrating legacy systems and applying building analytics.
• Demonstrated leadership and mentoring capabilities.
• Excellent communication and customer interaction skills.
