HVAC Estimator or a BAS Controls Estimator position with a base from 80-130K+
An HVAC Mechanical / BAS Controls company in OC/LA that has 2 openings: an HVAC Estimator and a BAS Controls Estimator.
The company does A LOT of enterprise Central Plant Optimization and large/small Retrofit work. They have an office in Anaheim, CA and an office in Pasadena, CA. They offer REMOTE-Flexibility, but an Estimator would have to visit customer sites to perform estimates.

2 OPEN POSITIONS:- HVAC Estimator
- Controls Estimator
ESTIMATOR REPSONSIBILTIES:- Project Take-Offs, develop Bill of Materials (BOM), attend pre-bid meetings
- Estimate projects and working on bids
- Assist Sales Team in configuring systems and understanding project layout
- Provide proposals/bid estimates based on project scope from large to small projects
- Calculate estimates from cost of materials, subcontractors, equipment, labor, etc.
- Create detailed cost estimates from HVAC & DDC system sketches
- Participate on Submittals and RFIs
- PLUS – experience with AutoCAD or MS Visio
