Building Systems Technology Company (primarily Building Automation but also offer Lighting and Fire Detection services)
Clientele: Class A Commercial Building, Healthcare, K-12 Schools, Universities, Laboratories, etc.
Operates in 2 States / Metro-Markets
Reps multiple BAS Controls product-lines with one being an Open-IP for Tridium Niagara integration
Controls Engineering Team consists of the Engineering Manager and 2 Controls Design Engineers
PURPOSE FOR HIRE:
Expanding the Controls Engineering Team due to Increase Market Share
RESPONSIBILITIES:
90% in the office on design; 10% site-walks/job walks at client sites
Create / design applications with MS Visio (for 95% of their projects)
Automation Engineering (BAS Controls, Lighting, and Fire Detection)
Put together Submittals
Create Wire Diagrams
Ability to redline and produce drawings
Calculation for Valve Sizing, Damper Actuator Sizing, Converting BTUs, etc.
