BAS Controls Construction Manager to support projects throughout Wilmington, DE and Philadelphia, PA.
This role focuses on overseeing BAS construction, retrofits, and integration work within mission-critical environments.

Position Details:
- Title: BAS Controls Construction Manager
- Location: Wilmington, DE / Philadelphia, PA
- Compensation: $110K–$160K (DOE) + ~20% Annual Bonus

Responsibilities:
- Lead BAS retrofit, upgrade, and integration projects across mission-critical facilities.
- Manage construction schedules, project budgets, and subcontractor coordination activities.
- Promote safe construction practices and ensure compliance with industry standards and client requirements.
- Oversee BMS controls integration, HVAC upgrades, and associated facility systems.
- Review, interpret, and validate control drawings, schematics, and engineering documentation.
- Coordinate site activities with engineers, vendors, trades, and project stakeholders.
- Troubleshoot field issues, provide technical guidance, and resolve construction-related challenges.
- Ensure on-time project delivery while maintaining accuracy, quality, and scope adherence.
Ideal Candidate:
- Demonstrated experience managing BAS construction, retrofit, or integration projects.
- Strong understanding of HVAC systems, Building Automation Systems, and controls engineering.
- Ability to lead field teams and coordinate subcontractor activities effectively.
- Skilled in reviewing and interpreting control drawings, plans, and system specifications.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational capabilities.
- Exposure to mission-critical or data center environments is highly beneficial.
