A leading Data Center and Building Automation contractor is seeking a
BAS Controls Construction Manager in Seattle, WA.
This role will oversee BAS construction and retrofit projects across mission-critical and commercial facilities.

- Title: BAS Controls Construction Manager

- Compensation: $110K–$160K (DOE) + ~20% Bonus

Responsibilities:
- Lead BAS retrofit, new construction, and integration initiatives in mission-critical facilities.
- Manage project budgets, schedules, manpower, and subcontractors to maintain project alignment.
- Ensure adherence to safety practices, local codes, and industry standards.
- Oversee BMS controls, HVAC systems, and facility modernization efforts.
- Review drawings, submittals, schematics, and related technical documentation.
- Coordinate installations with engineers, vendors, field personnel, and client teams.
- Diagnose field issues and provide effective solutions to construction-related challenges.
- Deliver projects on schedule while maintaining quality and meeting client expectations.
Ideal Candidate:
- Background managing BAS construction, retrofit, or integration projects.
- Strong technical understanding of building automation and HVAC systems.
- Ability to lead project teams and effectively coordinate subcontractors.
- Proficient in interpreting technical drawings and construction documentation.
- Strong leadership, communication, and project-organization skills.
- Experience with mission-critical or data center facilities is preferred.
