BAS Controls Construction Manager in Dallas, TX.
This role oversees BAS construction, retrofit, and integration projects across mission-critical and commercial facilities.

- Compensation: $110K–$160K (DOE) + ~20% Bonus

Responsibilities:
- Lead BAS retrofit, installation, and integration efforts in mission-critical environments.
- Manage budgets, timelines, manpower, and subcontractor coordination.
- Ensure jobsite safety, compliance, and adherence to industry standards and codes.
- Oversee building management system installations, HVAC controls, and facility upgrades.
- Review, interpret, and validate drawings, schematics, and construction documents.
- Collaborate with engineers, vendors, subcontractors, and project stakeholders.
- Identify and resolve field challenges and provide hands-on technical support as needed.
- Deliver projects on schedule while meeting customer expectations and project scope.
Ideal Candidate:
- Background managing BAS construction, retrofit, or controls integration projects.
- Strong technical understanding of building automation systems and HVAC equipment.
- Ability to direct subcontractors and manage diverse on-site teams.
- Skilled in interpreting drawings, specifications, and engineered designs.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.
- Experience in mission-critical or data center environments is highly desirable.
