BAS Application Engineer (Mid & Senior Level) to join their team in Denver, CO.

Position Details:
- Title: BAS Application Engineer (Mid & Sr. Level)
- Location: Denver, CO
- Compensation: $100K–$160K (DOE) + ~20% Bonus

Responsibilities:
- Develop, program, and test BAS controllers and sequences of operation for various systems.
- Create and review BMS submittals, as-built documentation, and detailed control drawings.
- Configure, integrate, and optimize building networks using BACnet, Modbus, and TCP/IP.
- Provide remote technical support to project managers, field personnel, and commissioning teams.
- Commission control applications, validate performance, and ensure compliance with project requirements.
- Maintain engineering standards and promote consistent programming practices across teams.
- Collaborate closely with HVAC, MEP, mechanical, and IT professionals on multifaceted projects.
- Troubleshoot BMS networks, servers, field devices, and IoT components as needed.
Ideal Candidate:
- Background as a Controls Technician, Programmer, or Application Engineer.
- Strong proficiency in BAS programming, troubleshooting, and integration.
- Experience with any major BAS product line; Tridium Niagara is a strong plus.
- Comfortable working within cross-functional engineering environments.
- Excellent communication and documentation skills.
