    Controls Account Manager - Seattle, WA - Large Mechanical & Controls Company

    POSITION:
    • Controls Account Manager
    LOCATION:
    • Seattle, WA
    RESPONSIBILITIES:
    • Prior experience as an HVAC Controls Technician with PM responsibilities is a plus
    • OR Prior experience as a Design Engineer (3+ years)
    • Overall understanding of design, installation, and testing of BAS systems
    • Well versed in the HVAC/Controls/BAS Industry
    • Walk job sites, assess client HVAC needs, advise, and create estimates for HVAC solutions
    • Strong ability to sell HVAC solutions 
    • Put together submittal packages, prepare bids for clients
    • Retain ongoing relationships with companies’ current clients
    • Responsible for achieving sales goals
    • Determine customer needs and develop a sales strategy to gain customer understanding of offerings
    • Ability to work independently on 1–5 projects at any given time
