Brand new concept Salta Steak by Black Steel Hospitality is seeking experienced, polished hospitality professionals to join our opening team in Downtown Phoenix. We are looking for energetic, team-oriented individuals who understand elevated service and are excited to help launch a new upscale Argentine-inspired American steakhouse.
Ideal candidates have experience in fine dining or upscale steakhouses, strong guest-service skills, and a passion for hospitality. Wine and spirits knowledge is highly valued, particularly for servers and bartenders.
We re looking for: professionalism, personality, attention to detail, reliability, teamwork, and the ability to deliver warm, memorable service in a high-volume environment.
