We are looking for Bartenders. Must be 21 years or older.
Key Responsibilities and Duties
Drink Preparation: Mix ingredients to create cocktails, wine, and beer, adhering strictly to recipes and garnishing standards.
Customer Service: Greet patrons, take beverage and food orders, and offer recommendations, ensuring a friendly and welcoming atmosphere.
Safety & Compliance: Check identification to verify legal age, and monitor customer intoxication levels to follow alcohol safety regulations.
Bar Maintenance: Clean bar surfaces, wash glassware, restock ice, garnishes, and liquor supplies continuously.
Financial Transactions: Process cash and credit card payments accurately and manage tabs
Essential Skills and Qualifications
Experience: Proven, hands-on experience in a fast-paced, high-volume environment is typically required.
Knowledge: Deep knowledge of cocktail recipes, beer, and wine, along with, in some cases, specific brewery knowledge.
Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for long periods, lift heavy objects (kegs), and work late-night shifts, weekends, or holidays.
Certifications: Responsible Beverage Service (RBS) certification Required
