Craft 31 is looking for an experienced, confident bartender who knows how to create great drinks, connect with guests, and turn first-time visitors into regulars.
This is an opportunity for a bartender who wants more than just a shift behind the bar. We want someone who is motivated to build their own following, develop loyal guests, and increase their earning potential through great hospitality.
Craft 31 is a locally owned and operated Williamsburg favorite known for gourmet burgers, wood-fired pizzas, a fresh raw bar, and 31 taps of craft beer. Our bar stays busy, our guests come back often, and the right bartender can make a name for themselves.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Create a welcoming, energetic bar experience that guests remember
- Make quality cocktails with speed, consistency, and attention to detail
- Get to know your guests and turn them into regulars
- Build and grow your own clientele and guest following
- Provide knowledgeable recommendations on cocktails, beer, food, and specials
- Serve bar guests and bar tables with confidence and professionalism
- Keep your bar clean, organized, stocked, and ready for business
- Manage multiple drink and food orders while maintaining excellent service
- Work closely with servers, barbacks, and the kitchen to keep service running smoothly
- Follow responsible alcohol-service and safety standards
WE’RE LOOKING FOR A BARTENDER WHO:
- Has proven bartending experience and knows how to work a busy bar
- Is personable, confident, outgoing, and comfortable talking with guests
- Understands that great hospitality creates regulars
- Takes pride in their drinks, service, appearance, and workspace
- Knows how to read a guest and make people feel genuinely welcome
- Can handle volume without sacrificing quality or personality
- Is dependable, organized, and professional
- Is motivated by earning potential and building a loyal guest base
- Works well independently while being a strong team player
