Bartender/Server
Mugshots Grill & Bar is looking for a dynamic and experienced Bartender/Server to join our team! As a Bartender/Server, you will play a key role in creating memorable experiences for our guests by providing exceptional service, crafting delicious cocktails, and assisting with food service when needed.
Responsibilities:
- Greet guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Take and serve drink and food orders promptly and accurately
- Prepare and serve a variety of cocktails and beverages
- Ensure cleanliness and organization of the bar area
- Assist with opening and closing duties as needed
- Provide knowledgeable and attentive service to enhance the guest experience
- Collaborate with team members to ensure guest satisfaction
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a bartender and server in a high-volume restaurant or bar
- Strong knowledge of drink recipes and preparation techniques
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment
- TIPS or equivalent certification is preferred
