We’re passionate about creating a space where guests feel at home whether they’re stopping in for a quick beer or a crafted cocktail. We’re currently looking for an enthusiastic, skilled, and reliable Bartender to join our team and help us keep the good times flowing.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with speed and accuracy
- Interact with guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Maintain a clean and organized bar area
- Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and liquor regulations
- Handle cash and operate POS system efficiently
- Collaborate with team members to provide excellent service during busy hours
- Monitor guest intoxication levels and follow protocol when needed
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 year of bartending experience preferred.
- Must be active on social media pages or pages dedicated to work (promote daily).
- Knowledge of spirits, beer, and wine.
- Knowledge of current and classic cocktail recipes.
- Ability to work in fast paced environment and has a regular clientele
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be 18+ and have (or be able to obtain) any required local/state certifications (e.g., TABC Certification, Food Handlers and/or Food Manager Certification)
- Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed
- Coachable and willing to learn
- Self motivated and follows direction
- In uniform and maintain a clean professional appearance
- Punctual and reliable

- Strong work ethic
- Must attend monthly team meetings
