    Job Description:

    As a Bartender, you play a key role in creating a refined and welcoming bar experience for our members and guests. You are responsible for preparing and serving high-quality beverages with precision, professionalism, and genuine hospitality. Your ability to engage members, manage the bar efficiently, and maintain impeccable standards contributes to the elevated service experience expected in a private club environment.

    Responsibilities:

    • Greet members and guests promptly and professionally at the bar.
    • Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to club recipes and service standards.
    • Offer knowledgeable recommendations on cocktails, wine, beer, and spirits.
    • Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked bar at all times.
    • Accurately process orders and payments while maintaining proper cash handling procedures.
    • Monitor member and guest alcohol consumption and adhere to responsible service guidelines.
    • Communicate effectively with servers and management to ensure smooth service flow.
    • Assist with setup, service, and breakdown for special events, banquets, and private functions.
    • Uphold all health, safety, and sanitation standards, as well as club policies and procedures.

    Requirements:

    • Prior experience as a bartender or in a similar beverage service role.
    • Strong knowledge of classic cocktails, spirits, wine, and beer.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a polished, professional demeanor.
    • Ability to multitask and remain calm in a fast-paced environment.
    • Team-oriented attitude with a strong commitment to member service.
    • Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
    • Ability to stand for extended periods and lift or carry items up to 30 pounds.
    • Must meet the legal age requirement for serving alcohol.
    • Current alcohol service certification preferred.
