Bartender/Servers (Golf Club)

Bartenders and servers at our golf club play a vital role in delivering exceptional hospitality to our primarily golf member and guest clientele. Working within a medium-sized team of 5-10 professionals, they ensure seamless beverage service and customer satisfaction in a dynamic and engaging environment. Reporting directly to the Club Manager, these team members manage regular and event-based shifts to accommodate our mixed customer base.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve drinks accurately and efficiently
• Take orders and provide attentive customer service
• Handle cash transactions with accuracy and integrity
• Set and maintain tables in accordance with club standards
• Collaborate with team members to deliver a smooth service experience

Preferred Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in bartending or serving
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Responsible Beverage Service Certification (if applicable)
• Knowledge of mixology and beverage preparation
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Proficiency with POS systems and cash handling
• Effective teamwork, time management, and multitasking abilities
