About the Role:McColley's Irish Pub in Spencerport, NY is looking for an energetic and personable Bartender/Server to join our team! If you love creating great experiences for guests and thrive in a lively pub atmosphere, we want to hear from you. Come be part of a fun, fast-paced environment where great drinks and good times are always on tap.
Responsibilities:- Mix, pour, and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to bar and dining guests
- Take food and drink orders accurately and deliver them in a timely manner
- Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked bar and service area
- Engage guests with friendly, attentive service to ensure a memorable pub experience
- Process payments, handle cash, and operate POS systems efficiently
- Verify guest age and comply with all NYS alcohol service regulations
- Collaborate with kitchen and floor staff to ensure smooth service during peak hours
Requirements:- Prior bartending and/or serving experience preferred
- Knowledge of cocktails, draft beer, and Irish pub-style food menus
- NYS Liquor Authority compliance and TIPS/responsible alcohol service certification a plus
- Ability to work days, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
- Strong multitasking skills in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
- Outgoing, friendly personality with excellent customer service skills
- Must be 18+ years of age per NYS bartending requirements
