    We are seeking a personable and reliable hospitality professional to deliver a welcoming guest experience in a fast-paced food and beverage environment. This role combines attentive table service with skilled beverage preparation, requiring strong communication, efficiency, and a commitment to quality service.

    What You’ll Do

    • Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their visit.
    • Take food and beverage orders accurately and enter them into the point-of-sale system.
    • Prepare and serve a variety of beverages in accordance with recipes, quality standards, and applicable regulations.
    • Deliver food and drinks promptly while maintaining awareness of guest needs.
    • Check in with guests to ensure satisfaction and respond to questions or concerns professionally.
    • Handle cash and card transactions accurately and follow proper cash-handling procedures.
    • Maintain cleanliness and organization of tables, service areas, and the bar throughout the shift.
    • Restock supplies, glassware, and service items as needed.
    • Follow all health, safety, and alcohol service guidelines.
    • Work collaboratively with team members to support smooth operations and a positive guest experience.

    What We’re Looking For

    • Prior experience in bartending, serving, or a similar hospitality role is preferred.
    • Strong customer service and communication skills.
    • Ability to work efficiently in a busy, guest-focused environment.
    • Basic math skills and accuracy with cash and payment processing.
    • Knowledge of responsible alcohol service practices.
    • Ability to remain organized, professional, and composed under pressure.
    • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
    • Must meet any age or licensing requirements applicable to alcohol service in the local jurisdiction.
    • On-call banquet staff

    Preferred Qualifications

    • Experience with point-of-sale systems.
    • Food handler or alcohol service certification, where required or preferred.
    • Familiarity with menu items, craft cocktails, or specialty beverages.
