What You’ll Do

Bring the Vibe

• Set the tone behind the bar with warmth, confidence, and positive energy.
  
  
• Create a social, fun, après-ski atmosphere that guests remember.
  
  

Craft Excellent Cocktails

• Prepare cocktails with consistency, accuracy, and speed.
  
  
• Execute seasonal cocktails 
  
  
• Contribute creative ideas that align with our outdoor lodge theme bar program.
  
  

Deliver Outstanding Hospitality

• Build rapport with guests, remember regulars, and keep the bar lively.
  
  
• Know when to lean into the fun and when to stay calm and professional.
  
  
• Support team members and maintain a stress-free, upbeat bar environment.
  
  

Operational Excellence

• Maintain bar prep, stocking, and cleanliness.
  
  
• Handle POS, cash, and bar procedures responsibly.
  
  
• Ensure responsible alcohol service at all times.
  
  

Support the Brand Experience

• Participate in themed nights and lodge-style events.
  
  
• Feel comfortable being included in simple social media moments (pours, garnishes, behind-the-bar clips — nothing performative or promotional beyond normal workplace activity).
  
  
• Help uphold the restaurant's aesthetic through demeanor, energy, and presentation.
