Job Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve a variety of beverages including cocktails, beer, and wine
- Interact with guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Take food orders and deliver meals to guests in the restaurant and bar area
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar and dining areas
- Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately
- Ensure compliance with all alcohol service and food safety regulations
- Collaborate with the kitchen and other staff members to ensure excellent guest satisfaction
- Assist with setup and breakdown of the bar and restaurant areas
Job Requirements:
- Prior experience in bartending and/or serving roles preferred
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
- Basic math skills for handling cash and credit transactions
- Knowledge of different types of beverages and the ability to make recommendations
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift/carry up to 25 pounds
