Pat's Italian Restaurant is looking for an energetic, personable, and professional Bartender to join our growing team. If you enjoy creating memorable guest experiences, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and take pride in exceptional hospitality, we'd love to meet you.

At Pat's, our bar is food-focused, not drink-focused. We are looking for someone who enjoys interacting with guests, understands great food, and can confidently recommend menu items while providing outstanding bar service.

What You'll Do

• Prepare and serve beer, wine, cocktails, and other beverages with accuracy and consistency.
• Welcome guests with a friendly attitude and provide exceptional customer service.
• Develop a thorough knowledge of our menu so you can confidently answer questions, make recommendations, and take food orders.
• Deliver food to bar guests while ensuring every plate meets our quality standards.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked bar throughout your shift.
• Accurately process cash, credit card, and other payment transactions.
• Work closely with servers, hosts, kitchen staff, and managers to ensure a smooth guest experience.
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and responsible alcohol service guidelines.
• Assist with opening, closing, cleaning, and other duties as needed.

What We're Looking For

• At least 1 year of bartending or restaurant experience.
• Outstanding customer service and communication skills.
• A positive attitude and team-first mentality.
• Ability to multitask and remain composed during busy shifts.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Basic math and cash-handling abilities.
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Knowledge of beer, wine, and classic cocktails is preferred.
