Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Bartending, beverage service, hospitality, tourism, retail, or tasting-room experience preferred
• Experience processing customer transactions
• Strong knowledge of beverage-service operations
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer-service skills
• Current TIPS Certification and SERVSafe Alcohol Permit, or ability to obtain and maintain both
• Availability Thursday through Sunday
• Flexibility to work additional days or hours as needed

Job Duties:

• Serve Jack Daniel's expressions and signature cocktails responsibly
• Follow TIPS, SERVSafe, and regulatory requirements
• Engage guests and provide knowledgeable beverage service
• Support daily bar operations
• Operate and maintain bar equipment safely
• Stock beverages, supplies, and inventory
• Process purchases accurately using POS systems
• Maintain a clean, organized, and guest-ready bar area
• Deliver an authentic and memorable visitor experience
