Has strong knowledge of commonly-used concepts, best practices, and procedures in a restaurant

Highly proficient in product, food and beverage knowledge

Make recommendations and suggestive sell items you genuinely feel your guests will enjoy

Assist in maintaining a clean, safe working environment

Education/Requirements:

High School Diploma or GED preferred

Valid California Food Handler Certification

Minimum 3 years experience in a high volume, fast-paced full service restaurant
