Bartender

The Bartender provides exceptional guest service by pouring drinks, crafting cocktails and filling drink orders provided by Cocktail Servers.

Duties:

· Sincerely greet and thank each guest.

· Prepare and serve a wide variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages accurately and quickly.

· Knowledge of all coupons and specials, including com rules for all player card levels.

· Balance a bank with a high level of accuracy.

· Accurate use of the POS system to close checks using a variety of payment methods.

· Completes all shift side work requirements.

· Continuously maintain an organized, safe and comfortable environment for our guests and team members.

Qualifications:

· Must be 21 years of age.

· Alcohol Awareness card required.

· Minimum 1 year of previous bartending experience is preferred.

· Ability to repeatedly lift 25 lbs. to chest and stand for long periods of time.

· Be able to work any day of the week as well as any shift.

· Be able to speak and understand English.
