WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR

Hospitality experience is required. Fine dining, upscale restaurant, and professional bartending experience are strongly preferred.

We're looking for individuals who understand elevated service standards, take pride in the smallest details, and genuinely care about the people they serve.

We are absolutely willing to train the right person.

We can teach you our products, recipes, and service techniques. What we cannot teach is integrity, compassion, or the genuine desire to make people feel cared for.

DAY-TO-DAY RESPONSIBILITIES

Craft sophisticated botanical beverages and specialty mocktails.

Deliver personalized hospitality inspired by fine dining standards.

Build relationships and create memorable guest experiences.

Maintain impeccable cleanliness, organization, and presentation.

Manage guest transactions and daily bar operations accurately.

Complete product preparation, inventory, and operating procedures.

Help cultivate a welcoming community and contribute to our growing vision.

POSITION DETAILS

Location:

Flagler Village, Fort Lauderdale

Compensation: Hourly pay + tips

Availability: Evenings and weekends required.

Start Date: Must be available to begin training the week of October 26.

INTERVIEW PROCESS

Step 1: Submit your r sum and cover letter.

Step 2: Qualified applicants will be contacted for a brief 5 10 minute phone interview.

Step 3: Selected candidates will be invited to an in-person interview on Wednesday, October 28, between 5:00 PM and 9:30 PM.
