Bartender – Reunion Ktchn Bar (Aventura)
Earn about $32/hr on average (typical range $28–$35/hr with tips).
Reunion Ktchn Bar (18167 Biscayne Blvd, Aventura) is a busy, chef-driven restaurant that shares its floor with XINO Modern Chinese and the Blind Tiger sushi bar. Our bar is the heart of the room: craft cocktails, a strong wine list and a crowd that comes back. We are looking for a bartender who is fast, clean and loves taking care of guests.
What you will do
- Prepare cocktails, wine, beer and zero-proof drinks to our recipes, at speed, for the bar and the dining room
- Take care of bar guests: orders, recommendations and pairings with our Reunion and XINO menus
- Keep the bar stocked, organized and spotless; follow opening and closing checklists
- Handle payments accurately on our POS (Tabit)
- Serve responsibly and check IDs every time
What we are looking for
- 2+ years of bartending in a high-volume or craft-cocktail bar (required)
- Strong knowledge of classic cocktails, spirits and wine
- Available nights, weekends and holidays
- Clear English (Spanish is a plus)
- Florida Food Handler and Responsible Vendor (alcohol) certificates, or willing to complete them in your first week (we provide the online courses)
- Reliable transportation to Aventura
How pay works
$11.98/hr base plus tips, paid through payroll under our written tip policy. The $28–$35/hr range is what our bartenders actually earned in the last month (base + tips).
What we offer
- Paid training and study guides for our cocktail, spirits and menu programs
- Health insurance for eligible full-time employees
- Employee discounts and free uniforms
- Schedules and shift info in our team app
Next step: if your experience fits, a manager will text you to book an in-person interview with a short cocktail and service conversation. Please answer the screening questions and confirm your interview when we text you.
