Bartender

We are looking for a Bartender/Server

Who you are: You pride yourself on your ability to combine attentive service, food and beverage product knowledge, salesmanship, personality, and charm to provide a joyful dining experience and develop regular clientele. You are able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining confidence, composure, and a great eye for detail behind, as well as in front of, the bar.

Pay: Our restaurants operate a bi-weekly payroll system. Bartenders can expect to earn up to $36/hr

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

• Craft bartending expereince for a minimum of 1 year required
• Verify customers'' identification to ensure they are of legal age and provide alcoholic drinks in compliance with federal, state, municipal, and corporate rules and regulations
• Commitment to embodying FGR values
• Experience working in an elevated service environment
• Exceptional food and beverage product knowledge
• Ability to make drinks quickly and accurately
• Punctual, timely and responsible
• Superior communication skills
• Clean and well-groomed appearance
• Must possess sound and professional judgment
• Well-organized and efficient workstyle
• Able to multi-task

Physical Requirements

• Constant standing and walking
• Occasional stooping, kneeling and crawling
• Occasional ascending or descending of ladders, stairs and/or ramps
• Must be able to stand and exert well-paced mobility for up to 8 hours per shift
• Frequent, continual, intermittent flexing and rotation of the spine, elbows and wrists
• Must be able to lift up to 15 lbs on a regular and continuing basis
• Occasional pushing, pulling, lifting or carrying up to 50 lbs, i.e. case of wine, full ice buckets, etc
• Constant talking, expressing or exchanging ideas by means of spoken words and in the process of communicating with guests and employees
• Constant use of POS/Computer systems
• Ability to work days, nights, weekends and holidays
• Requires manual dexterity to use and operate all necessary equipment
