We are looking for a Bartender to join our team! Sea Monkey is recently opened, and features a large, brand new space. We offer dinner service Wednesday through Saturday evenings, followed by a late night lounge. This position may also support the Vieux Carré, our speakeasy.
Sea Monkey is a high end club and lounge space, featuring a hidden, elegant speakeasy. The menu features Mediterranean dishes with coastal influence, and focus on small bites and sea food offerings.
Candidates should have:
-Open availability on all Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, and Saturday evenings
-Have previous high volume restaurant or club experience
-Be committed to creating a very high-end, guest-centric space
-Able to work independently and proactively
