Bartender Assistant (barback)

Support: Assisting bartenders with any needs, such as running drinks to tables or prepping ingredients, often in a fast-paced environment. Cleaning: Washing glassware, polishing wine glasses, clearing dirty dishes, wiping counters, and disposing of trash.

Key Responsibilities

• 
  Stocking: Constantly replenishing ice bins, liquor bottles, beer, wine, mixers, garnishes, and straws.
  
• 
  Cleaning: Washing glassware, polishing wine glasses, clearing dirty dishes, wiping counters, and disposing of trash.
  
• 
  Maintenance:
  Changing beer kegs, cleaning spills, and managing broken glass.
  
• 
  Support: Assisting bartenders with any needs, such as running drinks to tables or prepping ingredients, often in a fast-paced environment.
  
• 
  Pre-shift/Post-shift: Setting up the bar, organizing inventory, and closing down the station at the end of the night.
