About the Role: Join Harvest Eats as a Bartender and become a key player in our vibrant team! We're looking for an enthusiastic individual to craft exceptional cocktails and create memorable experiences for our guests in Arlington, VA.
Responsibilities: - Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.
- Engage with customers, providing friendly and knowledgeable service.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area.
- Mix and garnish drinks according to standard recipes.
- Handle cash and process transactions accurately.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies.
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow.
Requirements: - Previous bartending experience in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of drink recipes and cocktail preparation techniques.
- Valid bartending license or certification preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends.
- Strong multitasking skills and attention to detail.
- Passion for mixology and customer service.
- Must be 21 years of age or older.
