The primary responsibility of the food server is to provide prompt, courteous service to all restaurant patrons. The Food Server is responsible for ensuring the guests are satisfied with their dining experience by engaging the guests in a professional and genuine manner, inputting orders accurately into the POS terminal and creating beverages accurately and timely. The Food Server is responsible for maintaining a genuine, cheerful demeanor while representing the Gordon Ramsay brand positively at all times.

Accurately post all transactions on the POS terminal giving correct change; accounts for all cash, charge, and complimentary sales according to established procedure; maintains integrity of all financial controls and responsibilities.
Prepare all food and drink to order in accordance with established recipes and time guidelines and guest specifications. Understand and execute artisanal coffee beverage program. Maintain the cleanliness of the restaurant before, during, and after the shift. Maintain appropriate level of stock items in area alerting the manager of any missing or limited product, including but not limited to, food, supply, and retail. Keep designated working area clean and organized. Engage with guests professionally and genuinely by maintaining a cheerful conversation and delivering the service that is required of them. Depart the restaurant on time and having completed all the designated functions for the day.
