Compensation for fully trained Bartenders starts at $4.35/hour plus tips, with tip payouts distributed the following morning.
Schedule
- Full-time and part-time opportunities available
- Typical shifts range from 4 - 8 hours
- Weekend and evening availability is strongly preferred

What You'll Do
- Welcome guests and create a friendly, energetic atmosphere at the bar.
- Prepare and serve cocktails, beer, wine, and non-alcoholic beverages according to recipes and service standards.
- Maintain strong knowledge of beverage offerings, menu items, and drink preparation.
- Prepare beverages for both bar guests and dining room service.
- Build genuine connections with guests by providing attentive, knowledgeable hospitality.
- Process guest checks and payments accurately.
- Keep the bar clean, organized, stocked, and ready for service.
- Follow food safety, sanitation, and responsible alcohol service standards.
- Complete opening, closing, stocking, and side work duties.
- Work closely with servers, kitchen staff, and fellow bartenders to keep service running smoothly.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Previous bartending experience preferred.
- Knowledge of cocktails, beer, wine, and spirits.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift or carry bar supplies and beverage cases as needed.
- Must obtain Iowa Program for Alcohol Compliance Training (I-PACT) certification within 30 days of hire.
