The Role

As our Bartender, you are the conductor of our lounge area. You will blend elite speed and volume with precise, elevated craft execution. You must be equally comfortable decanting a rare vintage Cabernet, shaking a meticulous classic cocktail, or engaging in sophisticated conversation with a solo diner. Backed by a dedicated Barback, you will own your space and drive a premier beverage experience.

What You’ll Do

• Execute with Precision: Craft artisanal, balanced cocktails utilizing fresh juices, custom syrups, and premium spirits according to strict recipe standards.
• Curate Wine Service: Confidently navigate our extensive wine list, offering expert pairing advice for premium steaks and pouring with flawless technical etiquette.
• Drive the Lounge Experience: Manage the entire bar counter area, taking full food and beverage orders while maintaining a warm, engaging, and hospitable atmosphere.
• Anchor the Service Well: Ticket orders for the dining room quickly and accurately to ensure the floor servers never wait on drinks.
• Maintain Elite Cleanliness: Keep the back bar, counters, tools, and wells impeccably clean, organized, and sanitary at all times.

What We’re Looking For

• Premium Experience: 2+ years of bartending experience in an upscale lounge, fine-dining steakhouse, or dedicated craft cocktail bar.
• Deep Beverage Knowledge: Strong command of classic cocktail structures, premium spirits (particularly bourbon, scotch, and agave), and a solid foundational knowledge of wine varietals.
• Speed & Poise: The ability to execute complex drink orders under intense volume while maintaining a clean workspace and an unbothered, graceful demeanor.
• Professional Presence: Excellent communication skills, a polished and pristine appearance, and a natural ability to build a regular clientele.
• Availability: Flexibility to work late evenings, weekends, and holidays.
