Description
**$250 bonus-This will be paid after you work at least 6 months at Allevity. Also must average at least 2 or more shifts per week.**
This is a part time position with most hours Friday through Sunday.
Starting pay at least $12 per hour plus tips, depending on experience.

Job Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
Drink Preparation & Service:
- Prepare and serve a wide range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, including cocktails, beer, wine, and soft drinks.
- Follow standardized recipes and customer preferences to ensure consistent quality
and presentation of drinks. - Offer recommendations for drinks based on guest preferences and seasonal specials.
- Handle cash and card transactions accurately, processing payments quickly and efficiently.
- Ensure that all drink orders are served in a timely manner while maintaining high-quality service
Customer Service & Guest Interaction:
- Greet and interact with guests in a friendly and professional manner, ensuring they feel welcomed and valued.
- Engage with guests, make conversation, and maintain a positive atmosphere at the bar.
- Address any guest concerns or complaints promptly, ensuring guest satisfaction.
- Assist in creating a lively and enjoyable atmosphere by interacting with guests, especially during busy hours or special events
Qualifications
Experience
- Minimum of 1-2 years of bartending experience in a high-volume, customer- focused environment. Experience in a bar, restaurant, or hospitality setting is a plus.
- Knowledge of classic cocktails, beer, wine, and spirits, with the ability to mix and serve drinks accurately and efficiently.
- Experience with cash handling, POS systems, and processing payments.
Skills:
- Exceptional customer service skills, with the ability to engage guests and create a positive, fun atmosphere.
- Strong multitasking skills, with the ability to handle multiple drink orders, guest requests, and bar maintenance tasks simultaneously.
- Ability to work under pressure, particularly during peak hours or special events.
- Good communication skills, especially in a noisy and fast-paced environment.
- Basic math skills for handling cash, making change, and processing transactions accurately.
