We're looking for energetic, personable, and skilled Bartenders to join our crew and help bring paradise to every guest who walks through our doors.
Position Summary
As a Margaritaville Bartender, you are the life of the party and the master of island-inspired cocktails. You'll craft delicious drinks, engage with guests, and create a fun, welcoming atmosphere that keeps them coming back for another round.
Key Responsibilities- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with Margaritaville recipes and standards
- Deliver exceptional guest service with a friendly, upbeat attitude
- Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked bar area
- Engage with guests, make recommendations, and create memorable experiences
- Accurately handle cash, tabs, and POS transactions
- Ensure compliance with all alcohol service laws and safety standards
- Work as part of a team to keep the good vibes flowing

Qualifications
- Qualifications
- Previous bartending experience preferred (but we can teach the right personality!)
- Knowledge of classic cocktails and willingness to learn Margaritaville specialties
- Strong communication and multitasking skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy environment
- Must meet minimum age requirements for alcohol service
- Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays
