THE JOB // As a member of the team you provide our customers an exceptional, consistent experience by implementing Barracuda's standards of service, product quality, and cleanliness. Every member of our team works to create an environment where everyone is treated with respect and dignity.
- Prep cook
- Food preparation: making lots of the stuff, lots of the time. Strong knife skills are a must, as is efficiency and a high standard of excellence. These shifts are early morning or afternoon, since all of our food is prepped to be served the same day.
- Must be available on early mornings and on weekends, including Sundays

REQUIREMENTS //
- Personable and enjoys working with customers and a diverse team
- Personal interest and enthusiasm for food and proactive hospitality
- Ability to stand for long periods of time (6 or more hours per shift)
- Ability to lift heavy objects (25+ pounds) and work in various weather conditions, including extreme heat and cold
