Qualifications

• Barista experience required
• Previous supervisory or leadership experience required
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Strong work ethic and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Reliable, self-motivated, and team-oriented
• Ability to train, coach, and support team members
• Open availability required

Responsibilities

• Prepare beverages and food items to Starbucks standards
• Deliver exceptional guest service
• Assist with daily operations and team supervision
• Support training and development of team members
• Maintain cleanliness, food safety, and quality standards
• Complete opening and closing duties as assigned

Schedule

• Full-Time
• Primarily closing and late mid-shifts
• Weekend and holiday availability required
• Store closes at 4:00 PM; closing duties are typically completed by 5:00 PM
