Job Description
We are seeking a friendly and energetic Barista to join our team in Phoenix, AZ. The ideal candidate will have a passion for coffee, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee and tea beverages according to company recipes and customer preferences.
- Operate espresso machines, grinders, and other coffee equipment safely and efficiently.
- Greet customers warmly and take accurate orders.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee bar and seating areas.
- Handle cash and process transactions accurately using the POS system.
- Restock supplies and ingredients as needed throughout the shift.
- Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations.
Qualifications
- Previous experience as a barista or in a customer service role preferred.
- Knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and equipment is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure.
- Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays.
- Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
