What Does a Barista Do?

• Work as a TEAM to deliver AMAZING, legendary, and personalized Customer Service
• Greet customers with warmth, energy, and enthusiasm to create an AMAZING experience
• Provide enthusiastic menu recommendations and cater to customer needs with a smile
• Create amazing drinks by following recipes and aesthetic guidelines
• Enter orders and process payments accurately and efficiently
• Restock products and communicate inventory needs
• Keep the work environment safe, healthy, and clean

• Good people skills to be able to communicate with customers and co-workers
• Energy, enthusiasm, and connectedness to create an amazing experience with each customer
• Great engagement and presentation skills to engage and upsell customers
